RESET is an Amaro Amaro (Bitter Bitter), its name wants to evoke its predominant ability to reset, to restore the palatal taste to an initial state of natural cleanliness and balance. The bitter is obtained from the infusion of selected mainly Mediterranean botanicals. These recall the scents of the Mediterranean scrub and the places of production. Among the main ingredients we find fennel, rosemary, bitter orange and bay leaf. The presence of cinchona gives Reset the pleasant bitter and digestive component.
TASTING NOTES: Intense orange color with greenish shades.
Intense perfume that recalls the primary smells of the Sicilian islands countryside, the olfactory note of broom and orange flowers with spicy hints of incense and licorice predominates. Strong and clean taste, vertical entry on the palate with a salty finish, pleasantly "resetting".
SERVING ADVICE: Reset can be served as an absolute digestive at the end of a meal, given the total absence of sugars, it favors digestive activities, with or without ice, also ideal in mixology.
